Help! I've got a German Cockroach!

So here’s a little info about German Cockroaches and their habits.
WHO: Adults typically are light to dark brown with black stripes on their back. You will also notice various developmental stages from egg, nymph, to adults at the same time and in the same location.
WHAT: All developmental stages will feed on just about any item in your home include paper, glue, food, and water.
WHEN: Small to moderate infestations are typically seen during varying times of the day but are most active at night (when the room is quiet and dark). When heavy infestations are present, massive amounts of activity is generally seen all day long and throughout the night.
WHERE: You will notice them primarily in kitchens and bathrooms, inside cabinets, appliances, and trash receptacles.
WHY: There is no way to pinpoint where this species begins to invade your home but if you observe consistent activity…… Call the Eco Man to stop them!
What can you do to assist The Eco Man during the pest control process?
Keep all food in sealed bags or containers
Wipe up any moisture on counters and sink tops
Reduce excessive paper or boxes to prevent harborage
