We're having a discussion with Kevin Damon on how we achieve optimum service for the our customers and a little about The Eco Man himself.




Q - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?


A - Pricing depends on various factors, like type of pests, severity, location, and size of area to be treated! But, always affordable and reasonable!


Q - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?


A1 - I ask questions of the prospective customers about their particular pest issues!


A2 - I Design a pest control protocol specific to their needs!


A3 - I organize a day of service that suits their busy schedule!


A4 - I complete the service, answering any questions throughout the entire process customers may have.


Q - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?


A1 - N.C. Structural Pest Control Licensee Texas A&M termite biology course


A2 - 25 years of combined pest & wildlife experience


A3 - Purdue University food safety, and sanitation courses.


A4 - Continuing education coursework!


A5 - AIB International Food Safety courses


Q - How did you get started doing this type of work?


A - I started my career in the pest management industry in 1996!


Q - What types of customers have you worked with?


A - Residential, Commercial, Local, and State government buildings in various regions of North Carolina!


Q - Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?


A - I am fond of them all...meeting great people, taking care of their needs...THEY ALL MATTER! Every project teaches you something new, while increasing your technical knowledge!


Q - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?


A - Read reviews, wherever you find them...that helps you in making an informed decision... ASK, ASK...ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS!


Q - What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?


A1 - What products, and methods are being utilized?


A2 - Are you licensed, and insured?


A3 - Where can I locate reviews about your service?


A4 - How long have you been in the business?


A5 - What type of guarantee do I have?


A6 - Is there a charge to return in between regular pest services?
